Strategy

Because no two businesses are the same, no two approaches are the same. We have a deep bag of initiatives and exercises that tease out the best design outcomes to formulate the core of our strategic direction. This includes workshops, big picture strategy planning, companywide surveys, or 1:1s with your team. We pride ourselves on providing a tailored approach to every client we work with, ensuring truly built for purpose workplaces.

Exploration

During this stage we apply the learnings from the develop strategy, brief our consultants, finalise plans, and define the key concepts and design directions, ensuring we capture the full requirements of your projects from the start.

Development

Traditional construction drawings are designed for builders and engineers. That’s why we make another set of drawings just for you, as well as realistic visualisations, finishes boards, and coloured plans. We implement specific information about your AV requirements, storage, growth plans and space usage dynamics.

Tender

Once the core design is locked in, we proceed to detailed construction documentation. We understand how to achieve fast and affordable solutions that deliver high end and efficient results, whilst integrating all of the consultants’ feedback and documents. Once completed, the Client is invited to participate in a detailed page turn before proceeding to final pricing.

This watertight process ensures we don’t leave anything up to interpretation, prepares us for a smooth build and protects against variations later, because changes during construction are costly.

To achieve the best market price, we invite suitable builders to tender for your project. Given the complexity of tender submissions, we prepare a detailed report to help compare costs, programmes and build methodologies.

Once a builder is appointed, we come together to agree on the right approach to maximise your budget, then work with the builder to get to the right number, and we do this without ever adjusting our fee.

End-to-end project support

Because we’re there at the very start, nobody knows your project better than us, so we stay the course.

We integrate and manage all of the third parties required to bring your project together. We provide ongoing communication throughout your project, continually track your timeline, budget and when you need to make required payments.
