Cara is a founder of Made For and is recognised as an impactful emerging designer in the industry. With her work on large-scale projects across commercial, hospitality and residential channels, she has gained an understanding of design beyond its simplest forms, fully comprehending how design impacts budget, timeline and how best to adhere to this while executing a vision to its full potential. It is this knowledge that makes Cara a true client-centric designer who values the crucial balance between form and function. Cara delivers projects with clarity and is made for innovation.

Mitchell founded Made For in 2016. Having grown up with a father who worked as a joiner and carpenter, Mitchell was working alongside him as a labourer on projects all over Melbourne from the age of 10. These early years on site gave way for a love of seeing projects flourish from their initial stages of development to final delivery and execution.

Mitchell leads the commercial side of the business as a workplace strategist, with a firm belief that a great office should be accessible to all Australians. Mitch creates with purpose and is made for people.

David joined Made For. as the Architectural Director in 2018. With a strong background in carpentry and 10 years of experience in both teaching and in the field, in both Melbourne and London, David appreciates the grass roots of projects from conception through to construction. A compulsive innovator, David’s work is characterised by the use of natural and recycled materials with an inherent focus on efficient construction principles and passive sustainable design. David designs with intent and is made for today.

With an International Masters Degree in Interior Architecture, Pegah has studied and worked across the globe in Germany, Turkey, Scotland and the UK, bringing a diversity to her work that can only come from experience. Together with this, she has worked a range of sectors in retail and exhibition design, high end residential and workplace design. This unique cross section of design and experience creates a well-rounded and intentional approach to her client centric work. With an aim to tailor her designs for a smooth user journey, Pegah delivers creative spaces and is made for innovation.

Adelina began her career as a crane operator, but her love for design and end-end project management saw her swiftly transition into the design industry, where she now works across residential and commercial projects at Made For. Adelina is the ultimate advocate for working smarter and her role allows her to do just this. It is through her thoughtful and considered approach to design that she creates tailored solutions that influence people and how they live. Adelina creates exceptional spaces and is made for ideas.

Toneya is an interior designer with experience across a range of commercial and residential projects. Simply, design is what makes Toneya whole. Her passion for every aspect of design is apparent in all areas of her life, which allows her to bring a diverse and an all-encompassing approach to her projects. Toneya’s organic love for her work can be felt from the initial stages of concept development, to the final outcome where it resonates in every detail.
