From first meeting to handover, the Hellier McFarland office was delivered in 7 weeks. The existing space was brought back to base build, but glass, partition system and ceiling tiles were retained throughout and re-used, where possible.

The space is relatively high density with workstations; so we capitalised on using the indent created by columns within the tenancy to create a waiting area, small breakout meeting spaces and a printing and utilities area.
